Traveling
If you are traveling within Mexico, we recommend flying to Mérida International Airport (MID).
If you're traveling from outside Mexico, some common options are:
LAX → CUN. CUN bus to Mérida
LA bus to TIJ. TIJ → MID
CSC → CUN. CUN bus to Mérida
Arrival at the Center of Mérida
Mérida is one of the safest cities in the world. We recommend taking an Uber from the airport to the city center and enjoy the city on foot.
Lodging
For a more authentic experience, we suggest renting a typical Mérida cottage on Airbnb.
We are staying on 52 St. by Parque La Plancha. If you would rather stay at a hotel you can find a lot of options near Plaza Grande Merida.
Dress code
Semi-formal. Mérida is hot, so linen, lightweight fabrics, and cool outfits are recommended.
Women: Midi dress, two-piece set.
Men: Shirt and trousers. No jeans.
Little ones
This night is for adults only. If you're coming with children, let us know and we'll help you find a babysitter.
